Dan Limerick

Dan Limerick is Chief Operating Officer (COO) of WME. In this role, Limerick works closely with both WME’s Chairman and the agency’s President in overseeing all areas of the agency, with an emphasis on strategic planning, business priorities, and strategic initiatives. Limerick also serves as Head of Business Affairs for Endeavor’s client representation business, including WME and IMG Models. In this role, he is heavily involved in the deal-making process for the company’s clients and overall business strategy for client deals—including the negotiation of talent agreements, licensing arrangements with exhibitors and streaming services, exploitation of IP, and television packages. All business affairs executives across Endeavor’s client representation businesses report to him.
Additionally, Mr. Limerick is tasked with managing guild relationships for the company. 

Limerick has been at the forefront of a number of landmark deals over the course of his career, particularly in television.  After 13 years at Warner Bros Television, where he was EVP and Head of Television Business Affairs, Limerick joined WME in 2016 as Head of Television Business Affairs.

During his time at WME, he has negotiated groundbreaking deals for a wide range of clients, played a critical role in several key signings, and brokered many innovative licensing arrangements and templates with all of the streaming services to keep the agency and its clients ahead of the evolving media landscape. Limerick started his entertainment career in Carsey-Werner’s Legal Department in 1999, prior to that he was an attorney in the Commercial Litigation Group of the law firm of Arter & Hadden. He is a graduate of The UCLA School of Law.
